Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or delivery issues beyond our control.

Currently, we ship only within the USA. For large or custom orders, please contact us before purchasing.

💸 Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our soap products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the issue at our discretion, either by replacing the product or offering store credit.
