📦 Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or delivery issues beyond our control.
Currently, we ship only within the USA.
💸 Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our soap products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the issue at our discretion, either by replacing the product or offering store credit.
❌ Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Our soaps are made with high-quality ingredients, but every skin type is different. If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or medical concerns, test a small area before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
